Reuben is an HCPC registered physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Southampton with a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy BSc. Additionally, he holds qualifications in both Sports Massage Therapy and Sports Taping. Reuben is a highly driven, passionate and empathetic Physiotherapist, who strives to create positive rehabilitation experiences and maintain a strong and trusting patient-therapist bond.
He has completed numerous clinical placements across the NHS and private healthcare sector. This has provided him with first-hand experience in treating patients of all age-groups and demographics and an in-depth knowledge of patient experiences, shaping his empathetic approach to physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
Reuben has a keen interest in sports-related injuries and has previously worked alongside University Sports Scholarship students as a sports massage therapist.
This interest in sports injuries is shaped by his background in competitive tennis, as well as football, golf and padel. Reuben’s sporting background enables him to provide understanding of injury mechanisms and tailored rehabilitation programmes to safely return to sport.
He offers physiotherapy and sports massage for injury rehabilitation, as well as home-visit sessions. His goal is to provide a safe and reassuring environment for patients to talk about their pain and injuries and work together to create an appropriate treatment plan.
