Faye is an HCPC-registered physiotherapist working as a Specialist Physiotherapist in Trauma and Orthopaedics, with previous experience across musculoskeletal outpatients and critical care. Her varied clinical background has given her experience supporting patients with musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, respiratory conditions and critical illness-related weakness.
Faye has a particular interest in exercise-based rehabilitation and helping people improve their strength, mobility and confidence. She holds a qualification in sports massage and has a personal interest in yoga, incorporating principles of movement, flexibility, balance and body awareness into rehabilitation where appropriate. She tailors her approach to each individual’s needs, goals and preferences.
Her approach is person-centred, recognising the importance of understanding the person behind the condition. She combines thorough assessment and clinical reasoning with individualised exercise programmes, education and practical advice to help patients better understand their symptoms and take an active role in their recovery.
Faye is passionate about helping people return to the activities they value, whether recovering from injury or surgery, rebuilding strength following illness, or improving their long-term health and physical function. Her aim is to help patients feel listened to, supported and empowered throughout their rehabilitation.
